Highway was a convenient option for me as I didn't want to meet with someone in person. I was able to submit a title loan application by using their website and didn't have to meet with anyone face to face. There were some initial problems with my bill of sale and pink slip, but the underwriter got everything dialed in within a few days. I would recommend this company again.
